Military Munitions in the Backyard

During the past two years, thousands of Orlando, Florida residents have learned that their homes and schools were built on top of unexploded ordnance from the 1940s. Peters Trial Group has obtained documents showing that both the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and private engineers hired by the Orange County School Board had certified that these same lands had no unexploded ordnance. How so many engineers could have been so completely wrong defies any reasonable explanation.
